Who We Are

iParenting Press is a modern publisher dedicated to evidence-based, practical resources for individuals and families. Founded by a child and adolescent psychiatrist, our work bridges research and real life, helping parents raise resilient, connected, and confident children in a rapidly changing world.

It began with a simple realization: Parents are expected to navigate complex emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges with very little clear guidance by parenting press, was created to make that guidance accessible, translating research into tools families can actually use.

Meet Our Founder

Eman El Gamal, M.D., is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist based in New York City.

Her work focuses on evidence-based parenting, resilience, emotional development, and helping families build stronger and more connected relationships.

Through both her clinical work and writing, she translates complex research into clear, and practical guidance that individuals and families can actually use in everyday life.

Her mission is simple: to make expert-level parenting and relationship support accessible, relatable, and grounded in both science and compassion.
